  • Participant – ny individual who has registered for and/or participated in the Event

  • Registration – completion of the registration form and provision of required data

  • Participation fee – the amount payable for access to the Event

  • Programme – he official schedule of lectures, workshops, and presentations

2. Registration and Confirmation

  • Registration is mandatory, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Confirmation will be sent via email.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse registration in cases of false or incomplete information.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Participation fees are published on the Website.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.

4. Changes to the Programme

  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Programme and speakers in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes will be announced on the Website and/or communicated via email.

5. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards all other participants and organisers.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to deny access to individuals who fail to comply with these standards.

6. Copyright

  • All materials presented during the Event are protected by copyright.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Photography and Video Recording

  • By attending the Event, the Participant agrees to be photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes.

  • Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the Organiser in advance.

8. Personal Data

  • The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or incident, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
