Blue iguanaIt enables veterinarians, zoologists, exotic specialists, and students to acquire new and up-to-date knowledge and competencies in various areas related to reptiles, birds, and small mammals.

The event goes beyond scientific formats and is an occasion for meeting people united by a common interest in the exotic world.

The event will take place in one of the best hotels in Sofia -  Grand Hotel Millenium, on the 31st of October.

REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICES

Registration fees for Animalia Exotica 2026

Participant – 70 Euro

Speaker or Participant with a poster – 70 Euro

Students – 55 Euro

Students with Posters – 45 Euro

Registration Fee Includes: Admission to all scientific sessions; Coffee breaks; Lunch during the seminar day; Participant materials (program, access to digital book of abstracts, badge, etc.); Certificate of attendance or presentation, Participation in a Weel of Fortune game.

Registration Policy: The registration fee covers participation for one individual only. This applies to both presenting and non-presenting participants. If a presentation (oral or poster) has multiple authors, only the registered participant who has paid the fee may attend. Any additional co-authors who wish to attend the seminar must each complete their own registration and pay the corresponding fee.

SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE

This year, we are proud to introduce our international Scientific Committee, composed of experienced researchers and professionals in exotic animal medicine and science. We are happy to have gathered experts from different countries, who will evaluate submitted abstracts and contribute to shaping a high-quality program. All accepted abstracts will be published in an official Book of Abstracts, ensuring wider visibility of the research presented at the seminar.
