Prof. Miloš Vučićević is a veterinarian and academic whose scientific interests encompass molecular diagnostics, pathology, and clinical veterinary medicine, with a particular focus on exotic animal diseases. His research combines molecular techniques with clinical and pathological investigations, particularly in the diagnosis and management of diseases in exotic species. Returning to ANIMALIA EXOTICA, he will share his expertise on encephalitozoonosis in rabbits, focusing on diagnostic challenges and therapeutic decision-making. ![]() Dr. Dražen Đuričić is a veterinarian and academic with extensive experience in exotic animal medicine. His scientific interests include domestic animal reproduction, oxidative stress, the effects of climate on animal health, and alternative therapies. He is the author of more than 200 scientific and professional publications and several academic textbooks. He has participated in national and international research projects and serves on the editorial boards of veterinary scientific journals. At ANIMALIA EXOTICA 2026, Dr. Đuričić will present current knowledge of the Indian star tortoise (Geochelone elegans), a species classified as Vulnerable (VU) on the IUCN Red List, sharing his team's practical experience and findings from their ongoing research. ![]() Dr. Radina Vasileva is a veterinarian and Chief Assistant Professor at the Department of Veterinary Surgery, Trakia University – Stara Zagora. Her academic career began in 2018, and her professional interests include surgery, orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, and regenerative medicine. She is the author of scientific publications focusing on bone healing and the application of regenerative therapies in orthopaedic conditions. She combines academic, research, and clinical work and is actively involved in the education of veterinary students and practising veterinarians. At ANIMALIA EXOTICA 2026, Dr. Vasileva will present the specific features of bone healing in rodents and approaches to fracture treatment in these species. ![]() Dr. Seven Mustafa is a veterinarian and university lecturer who has been involved in veterinary education since 2019. His scientific and professional interests include exotic animal medicine, reptile diseases, regenerative medicine, and veterinary ophthalmology. He has been keeping and studying reptiles for over 17 years, combining this experience with his clinical and scientific work. He is a co-founder and co-organizer of ANIMALIA EXOTICA and has participated in numerous international scientific and academic initiatives. At ANIMALIA EXOTICA 2026, Dr. Mustafa will focus on respiratory diseases in snakes, with particular emphasis on diagnosis and clinical approaches to these patients.
